libindicate-gtk3-3 software package provides library for raising indicators via DBus - GTK bindings, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libindicate-gtk3-3
libindicate-gtk3-3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libindicate-gtk3-3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libindicate-gtk3-3 *
You will get with libindicate-gtk3-3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
